We are looking for a

to take technical ownership of our mobile apps and help raise the quality, reliability, and pace of our product.

You will take technical ownership of Barakah’s mobile applications across iOS and Android, built with React Native.

This is not a “ticket factory” role.

We need someone who can think through product flows, understand marketplace edge cases, care about app quality, and ship production-ready features with discipline.

You will work closely with product, design, backend, data, and operations to build features that customers and vendors use every day.

You should be comfortable owning mobile architecture decisions, improving release processes, debugging production issues, and making sure the app feels fast, reliable, and polished.

We prefer someone with strong full-stack awareness, even if your specialty is mobile.

You do not need to be a backend engineer, but you should understand APIs, data models, authentication, analytics, and how mobile decisions affect the wider system.

You are the kind of engineer who notices when a flow is technically working but still feels wrong.

You care about details: loading states, Arabic alignment, broken edge cases, bad error messages, flaky releases, slow screens, and analytics events that do not tell the full story.

You do not need someone to chase you.

You take ownership, ask sharp questions, ship carefully, and follow through.

You are comfortable moving fast, but you do not confuse speed with carelessness.
