Build mobile applications used in real-world healthcare environments.

Own the iOS side of a Flutter application and take features from idea to release with product, design, backend, and QA teams.

Build and maintain mobile applications using iOS (Swift) and Flutter (Dart).
Design and develop accurate, responsive custom UI components for data-dense interfaces.
Write clean, scalable, maintainable code following modern development practices.
Use concurrency and background processing to keep the app responsive under continuous data.
Profile and optimize performance, memory, and battery across devices and OS versions.
Integrate external libraries and build reusable modules or frameworks where useful.
Integrate REST APIs and handle on-device data storage securely.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to architecture and technical discussions.
Own App Store and Play Store releases, monitoring, and production support.
Contribute to Android where shared code requires it.

4+ years building production mobile applications, including at least 2 years hands-on with native iOS using Swift.
Hands-on Flutter experience and a good understanding of Flutter architecture.
Experience building custom iOS UI components, not only composing standard ones.
Understanding of iOS multithreading and concurrency using Swift Concurrency and/or GCD.
Experience diagnosing memory leaks, retain cycles, and performance issues with Instruments or similar tools.
Experience integrating third-party libraries and SDKs and independently releasing and maintaining App Store apps.
Working knowledge of Android fundamentals and app lifecycle.
Strong programming fundamentals, OOP, problem-solving, and ownership.

Exposure to regulated environments such as healthcare or medical devices.
Experience integrating external hardware or peripherals, including Bluetooth or USB devices.
Experience creating frameworks, building Flutter desktop applications, or working with backend APIs and cloud services.
Experience with offline data handling and synchronization.

Work on products intended to make an impact in healthcare.
Solve engineering challenges involving rendering, performance, and device integration.
Take ownership of the mobile platform with support from an engineering team.
