Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications
• Own the full lifecycle of mobile features:
• Architecture and design
• Implementation
• Performance optimization
• Monitoring and debugging in production
• Ensure app performance across key metrics:
• Startup time
• UI smoothness (frame drops, animations)
• Memory usage
• Build resilient mobile experiences:
• Handle network failures (timeouts, retries, fallbacks)
• Ensure graceful degradation in poor connectivity conditions
• Implement offline-friendly behaviors where needed
• Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams
• Identify and resolve complex issues across layers (mobile, API, network)
• Continuously improve code quality, architecture, and developer experience

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience building production mobile apps using

Flutter (Dart)

• Deep understanding of
• mobile internals
• , including:
• Rendering and UI pipeline
• Threading and async behavior
• App lifecycle
• Networking and caching
• Memory management
• Experience building
• high-performance and scalable mobile applications
• Strong debugging skills across systems (mobile + backend interaction)
• Experience with:

• REST APIs / WebSockets

• Firebase or similar mobile services
• CI/CD pipelines for mobile
• Strong communication skills in a remote environment
