Basic Qualifications

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related technical discipline. An equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and experience may be considered. Minimum of seven years of relevant experience designing, developing, integrating, deploying, and supporting enterprise digital solutions. Demonstrated ability to independently translate business and functional requirements provided by process owners and SMEs into secure, integrated, maintainable production solutions with limited technical oversight and without detailed how-to direction. Strong experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related capabilities. Working knowledge of solution architecture, enterprise data structures, REST APIs, connectors, databases, authentication/authorization, data mapping, and system integration. Experience taking solutions through requirements, technical design, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, and sustainment. Ability to use modern development tools, including approved AI-assisted development methods, while maintaining accountability for technical quality and validation. Strong communication and collaboration skills with SMEs, process owners, system owners, and technical teams. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently with appropriate technical guidance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Seven or more years of relevant experience and demonstrated independent delivery of complex enterprise solutions. Experience with Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint JSON, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, PowerShell, Azure integration, Power Platform ALM, Git/GitLab, Python, JavaScript/modern web technologies, or similar tools. Familiarity with HxGN EAM, Primavera P6, SAP, EDRM, Smartsheet, or other enterprise business systems. Experience designing and implementing integrations across Microsoft 365 and enterprise business systems. Familiarity with Configuration Management, design control, regulated engineering environments, nuclear facilities, testing, deployment, recovery, or lifecycle support.
