Overview
- Range planning and open-to-buy (OTB) management across all our trading channels (own website, TikTok Shop, Debenhams Marketplace).
- Daily and weekly trading analysis — sell-through, rate of sale, full-price percentage, stock cover.
- Pricing strategy — including initial pricing, markdown timing, and competitor benchmarking.
- Inventory purchasing decisions — what to reorder, what to discontinue, what to launch.
- Building and maintaining Excel-based trading dashboards for the senior team.
- Line-managing an Import Merchandiser — coaching them on supplier follow-through, PO accuracy, and on-time landing.
- Liaising with the UK buying team to align on range direction and trading priorities.
