Senior MEP Engineer

Overview

• Our newest opportunity is for a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, KSA.
• This critical role will be responsible for maintaining communication with the client s site engineers on all project-related issues, and reviewing and implementing mechanical contract drawings and building specifications.
• We envisage success in this role to include:
• Lead and manage all mechanical engineering activities under the PMC scope of services.
• Oversee mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection (mechanical components), and specialist systems relevant to hospitality and residential developments.
• Review and manage mechanical design submissions, calculations, specifications, and technical reports.
• Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, electrical, civil, and infrastructure teams to ensure fully integrated building systems.
• Manage and review the performance of mechanical design consultants and contractors.
• Liaise with local authorities, utility providers, and relevant stakeholders to support approvals and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor technical quality, risks, and constructability, with consideration for waterfront and coastal environmental conditions where applicable.
• Support construction activities by responding to technical queries, reviewing shop drawings, and ensuring compliance with approved designs.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to mechanical engineering teams.
