Compensation
- The stated package is up to AED 25,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical systems design and coordination for hospitals, medical centers, clinics, and specialized healthcare facilities.
- Design and review HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and medical gas systems.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare facility standards, DHA, DOH, ASHRAE, NFPA, and applicable UAE authority requirements.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and design documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, electrical engineers, healthcare planners, and other consultants.
- Review contractor submissions, material approvals, and shop drawings.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support project delivery from design through construction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 10 years of mechanical engineering experience, including at least five years in healthcare or hospital projects.
- Proven engineering design consultancy experience and strong knowledge of healthcare HVAC, medical gases, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and international engineering standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and mechanical design software.
- Strong technical coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
- UAE project experience is strongly preferred.
