Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Media Buyer

to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in performance marketing, campaign strategy, budget management, and data-driven optimization to achieve business growth and maximize return on ad spend.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop media buying strategies based on business goals, target audience, and campaign objectives.
  • Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spending across all campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and overall profitability.
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend tracking.
  • Test and analyze creatives, ad copies, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad concepts.
  • Prepare performance reports with insights, recommendations, and action plans.
  • Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining campaign efficiency.
  • Track and analyze customer journeys, funnels, and landing page performance.
  • Ensure all campaigns follow platform policies and brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketing Specialist, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, conversion rate, and attribution.
  • Ability to manage large advertising budgets and scale campaigns profitably.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data.
  • Experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Tag Manager, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns at the same time.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
