Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Senior Media Buyer to join our growing marketing agency in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in media planning and buying, with a proven ability to execute high-performing campaigns across digital channels. You will play a key role in maximizing ROI, optimizing campaign performance, and delivering measurable results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Media Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and KPIs
- Develop integrated media plans aligned with business goals and budgets
- Conduct market research to identify the most effective media channels
Media Buying & Negotiation
- Execute and manage media buys across digital and traditional platforms
- Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive rates and added value
- Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, networks, and platforms
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Monitor campaigns in real time to ensure performance targets are met
- Optimize strategies and budgets based on performance insights
- Work closely with digital teams across PPC, display, social, and programmatic
Budget Management
- Allocate, track, and optimize media spend to maximize ROI
- Prepare detailed financial and performance reports
- Coordinate with finance teams on invoicing and payments
Reporting & Analytics
- Deliver comprehensive reports with actionable insights
- Analyze KPIs such as CPM, CPC, CTR, and conversions
- Present results and strategic recommendations to clients
Market Research & Insights
- Stay updated on media trends, emerging platforms, and audience behavior
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
- Recommend innovative media strategies to keep clients ahead
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in media buying (agency experience preferred)
- Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of UAE/local media landscape and pricing
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with performance optimization experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in Arabic (English is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with programmatic advertising
- Background in industries such as luxury, healthcare/clinics, real estate, or hospitality
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
