Senior Media buyer

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Senior Media Buyer to join our growing marketing agency's Dubai branch.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in media planning and buying, with a proven ability to execute high-performing campaigns across all digital channels and platforms.

A background in the medical or cosmetics field is preferred.

▸ Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and KPIs

▸ Develop integrated media plans aligned with business goals and client budgets

▸ Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels

▸ Conduct market research to identify the most effective media channels for campaign goals

▸ Negotiate with vendors and media partners to secure favorable placement and pricing

▸ Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI

▸ Prepare and deliver clear performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients

▸ Minimum 4 years of experience in media buying, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency

▸ Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)

▸ Strong knowledge of the UAE and regional media landscape including local pricing

▸ Previous experience in the medical or cosmetics industry is preferred

▸ Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills

▸ Strong analytical and performance optimization capabilities

▸ Exceptional communication and presentation skills

▸ Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is a plus
