We design, manufacture and supply engineered process equipment, pressure vessels, modular process packages, storage tank equipment, and emission control systems for the energy, oil & gas, petrochemical, water, marine and industrial sectors worldwide.

With offices in Dubai, Germany and Türkiye, we serve EPC contractors, industrial plants and end users across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Sales Engineer to strengthen our business development activities across the GCC and Middle East.

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and driving sustainable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities across the GCC and Middle East.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, end users and industrial clients.
  • Identify upcoming industrial projects and develop sales strategies to secure new business.
  • Promote ERGIL’s engineered process equipment, pressure vessels, modular process packages and storage tank solutions.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with the engineering and proposal teams.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and participate in contract reviews.
  • Manage opportunities from initial inquiry through contract award.
  • Work closely with engineering, estimation and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent ERGIL at customer meetings, technical presentations and industry exhibitions.
  • Monitor market developments, competitor activities and future investment projects.
  • Mentor junior sales engineers when required.
  • Achieve annual sales and profitability targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of successful B2B sales experience selling industrial products, engineered equipment or industrial services.
  • Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English (mandatory).
  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical equipment and industrial processes.
  • Proven experience working with EPC contractors, engineering consultants and industrial end users.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, commercially driven and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Interest in learning and using AI tools to improve productivity, proposal preparation and customer communication. Training will be provided.
  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout the GCC and Middle East.
  • UAE driving licence is an advantage.
