A Senior Mechanical Engineer is sought for an upcoming project in Abu Dhabi.
The role is associated with oil and gas, EPC, and/or construction project experience.
Responsibilities
- Support an upcoming mechanical engineering project.
- Work on mechanical installation, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, method statements, and project documentation.
- Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and schedules.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 8 years of relevant experience in oil and gas, EPC, and/or construction projects.
- Strong experience in mechanical installation, construction, testing, and commissioning.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, piping, and applicable engineering standards.
- Ability to review technical drawings, specifications, method statements, and project documentation.
- Ability to supervise site activities and ensure compliance with approved requirements and schedules.
- Relevant ADNOC project or site experience is required.
- Strong technical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
- UAE-based candidates able to join at short notice are preferred.
Compensation
- The description states a salary package of AED 7,000–10,000 per month based on experience.
- A separate pay statement gives AED 6,000–10,000 per month.
