About the Role

We are looking for visionary and techno-functionally-skilled consultants having extensive experience in IBM's Maximo product.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support for IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions by leveraging a strong balance of functional expertise and hands-on technical skills. Configure, customize, and extend Maximo applications to meet business requirements, including application configuration, workflow design, automation scripting, and integration frameworks.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and translate requirements into effective functional and technical solutions, driving optimization of asset management and maintenance processes. Design, develop, and implement integrations with external systems to ensure reliable data exchange and improved operational efficiency.

• Provide post-implementation support by troubleshooting application, integration, and performance issues, and resolving defects across development, test, and production environments. Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, deliver end-user training, and support change management initiatives to promote user adoption and maximize the value of the Maximo platform.

Mandatory Qualifications.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline

Functional Skills:

• Strong understanding of IBM Maximo EAM core modules, including Assets, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Inventory, Purchasing, and Contracts, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Proven experience in business requirements gathering, functional design, and gap analysis
• Workflow configuration and business process optimization
• User security, roles, profiles, and authorization configuration
• Support for change management activities, end-user training, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Technical Skills:

• IBM Maximo configuration and customization with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience
• Automation scripting using Python and/or JavaScript
• Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and REST/SOAP web services
• Strong database knowledge with Oracle and proficiency in SQL querying
• Reporting development using BIRT

Other Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

• IBM Certified Deployment Professional – Maximo Asset Management
• IBM Certified Application Developer – Maximo Asset Management
• IBM Maximo Manage Certification (Maximo Application Suite)
