Position Overview

Marketing Specialist

MoneyDo is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to support and execute the company’s marketing initiatives and strengthen its brand presence. This full-time position will be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and supporting effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management, with a strong understanding of the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy Development and Execution

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote MoneyDo’s platform and services.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and tailor campaigns to the Saudi real estate and investment audience.
• Track and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

2. Social Media and Digital Marketing

• Manage and grow MoneyDo’s presence on social media platforms, including creating and scheduling content.
• Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Monitor social media trends and engagement, responding promptly to inquiries and comments.

3. Content Creation and Brand Management

• Create compelling and engaging content, including blogs, press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and communication channels.
• Work with designers and agencies to produce high-quality visuals and videos.

4. Public Relations and Stakeholder Communication

• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
• Organize and manage press releases, media kits, and company announcements.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (required).
• Advanced qualifications or certifications in digital marketing or branding are a strong plus.

Professional Experience

• experience in marketing, communications, or similar roles, ideally within the financial or real estate sectors.
• Proven experience in investment, fintech, financial services, or regulated environments is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

·        Strong creative and analytical skills for content creation and campaign optimization

·        Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing software.

·        Exceptional communication and writing skills, with fluency in Arabic and working proficiency in English.
