Role overview
The Senior Marketing Performance Analyst tracks and interprets marketing efforts and campaigns across all channels.
The role partners with product management, product marketing, marketing intelligence, and digital teams to provide a comprehensive view of marketing performance across lines of business.
Marketing reporting and analysis
- Create data-driven recommendations based on performance across the marketing ecosystem.
- Identify targeting, revenue, and operational-efficiency opportunities through analysis.
- Conduct deep-dive and ad hoc analyses for product owners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate across Brand and Insights, Marketing Intelligence, Digital, IT, and Product teams.
- Uphold data-tagging, tracking, and field-use standards for accurate, privacy-compliant data collection and measurement.
- Provide tools, guidance, and best practices for campaign-performance reporting and analysis.
Insights and leadership
- Recommend solutions to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
- Provide technical training and guidance to junior analysts.
- Foster continuous learning and innovation within the Marketing Intelligence team.
Skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in a marketing and/or performance analytics-focused role.
- Expertise in SQL, Python, or R for querying large databases and manipulating complex datasets.
- Experience with GA4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud, Supermetrics, or similar platforms.
- Ability to visualize complex data using Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Compensation
- The listed annual compensation range is $132,465 to $165,580; offers are subject to fair-pay analysis.
