Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Lead the marketing team in planning and executing marketing initiatives.
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and business opportunities to identify growth potential.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Monitor marketing expenditures and maintain cost-effective marketing operations.
• Track, measure, and analyze marketing performance using relevant KPIs and analytics tools.
• Prepare reports on marketing activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to support business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
• Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
