Overview

Mandatory –

At least 8 years of experience in UAE, Previous experience in the Heavy Industry (Air Gases, Steel/Aluminum, Mining, industrial chemicals) is preferred.

B2B Marketing Experience.

Role Summary

Lead strategic marketing and business growth initiatives to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Drive innovation, identify market opportunities, and develop long-term product and portfolio strategies aligned with customer needs and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute short- and long-term business and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities and disruptions.
  • Develop value propositions, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and manage a 3-year innovation and product pipeline.
  • Drive digital adoption and new revenue models.
  • Lead, coach, and build high-performing teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and with key accounts to drive growth and retention.
  • Represent the business through customer engagements and industry events.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 10+ years in B2B marketing/sales.
  • Proven experience leading marketing strategy and teams.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in solution-based selling and digital innovation.
  • Background in heavy industries (e.g., industrial gases, metals, mining, chemicals) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • International/regional exposure (MEA preferred).
