Overview

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who is ready to take full responsibility for marketing operations and strategy for our Dubai campus.

This is a high-impact, high-responsibility role suited for a self-driven, highly organized professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is confident acting as the sole marketing authority on site.

The role reports directly into the VP for Student Recruitment (based in the UAE) as well as functionally to the UE Head of Marketing (based in Germany) while closely working with the academic leadership in Dubai.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy and hands-on execution, representing marketing independently and proactively across all campus stakeholders.

This position requires strong prioritization skills, clarity of thought, creative problem-solving, and the confidence to push back when needed.

You will be expected to structure complexity, set direction, and deliver consistently under tight timelines

Marketing Ownership & Leadership (Dubai Campus)

  • Full ownership of all marketing activities for the UE Dubai campus, acting as the single point of contact for marketing on site
  • Translate overall UE marketing strategy into a clear, executable local go-to-market plan for Dubai and the UAE
  • Proactively managing expectations and aligning with internal stakeholders, confidently representing marketing priorities and decisions
  • Own the local marketing budget, including planning, allocation, and ROI evaluation
  • Select, brief, and manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as required

Website Relaunch & Digital Platform Leadership

  • Lead and project manage the end-to-end launch of the new UE Dubai website, acting as the single owner for timelines, quality, and outcomes
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with central marketing, IT, external agencies, admissions, and academic stakeholders
  • Define website structure, content architecture, user journeys, and conversion logic aligned with recruitment and brand objectives
  • Ensure the website functions as a high-performing student recruitment and lead-generation platform, not just an information site
  • Own post-launch optimization, performance tracking, and continuous improvement (UX, CRO, SEO, analytics)

Campaigns, Channels & Content

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated online and offline marketing campaigns
  • Own and operate UE Dubai’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), including content planning, creation, publishing, and performance tracking
  • Manage and maintain Dubai-relevant website pages via CMS (WordPress) and coordinate affiliate/partner content
  • Create high-quality, target-group-relevant content in English (Arabic proficiency is a strong plus)

Events, Fairs & On-Ground Marketing

  • · Plan, manage, and evaluate events, fairs, school visits, and on-campus activations
  • · Coordinate all marketing-related logistics, materials, and follow-ups independently
  • · Ensure strong on-site brand presence and consistent messaging

Analytics, Market Intelligence & Portfolio Input

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis within the UAE higher education landscape
  • Provide structured insights and recommendations to support portfolio development positioning, and program launches
  • Track performance across channels and campaigns, turning data into clear actions and decisions
  • Take clear ownership of marketing’s contribution to lead generation, pipeline quality, and enrollment growth, working closely with student recruitment, and admissions teams.

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Prepare regular reports, analyses, and presentations for local leadership and the central marketing team (experience with Salesforce a strong plus)
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners while maintaining clear ownership and accountability
