Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic
Senior Marketing Executive
to drive and execute marketing strategies for our fashion brand.
This role combines creativity with data-driven thinking to elevate brand awareness, PR visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth across both digital and offline channels.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in fashion or luxury marketing, understands how to localize global brand principles, and can translate insights into impactful campaigns and initiatives.
Marketing Planning
- Plan and execute seasonal and product launch campaigns aligned with retail calendars
- Conduct market research in collaboration with stores and perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Partner with finance on budget tracking, invoice approvals, and vendor management
Pr & Events
- Lead end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including mood boards, talent coordination, and fittings
- Manage gifting, media borrowings, and stylist pull-outs to maximize brand exposure
- Track influencer engagement and conversion metrics monthly
- Support large-scale events from concept to execution and post-event reporting
- Plan and manage in-store marketing activities and events across operational markets
- Oversee production of POS materials, gifting, and event collaterals with suppliers as the main point of contact
- Manage samples, talent seeding, event gifting orders, and related budgets
- Coordinate warehouse deliveries and maintain event inventory tracking
Digital Campaigns
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns with wholesale partners
- Monitor budgets and performance reports from partners
- Review and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
Crm & Clienteling
- Plan and schedule newsletters and SMS campaigns in line with the retail calendar and key occasions
- Track campaign performance metrics such as open rates (OR) and click-through rates (CTR)
- Share lookbooks and marketing assets for clienteling platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of brand marketing and PR experience for a fashion or luxury brand
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and consumer behaviour
- Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset
- Adaptable, proactive, and a strong team player
- Availability to support events during evenings and weekends with occasional travel within the region
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Canva, and Salesforce (preferred)
- Arabic speaker
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in influencer marketing, events, and fashion PR
- Knowledge of CRM and Clienteling best practices and procedures
- Familiarity with E-commerce marketing
