Senior Marketing Engineer- Qatar

Overview

Responsibilities

• Promote MEP products, systems, and solutions to consultants, contractors, and end users.
• Identify new business opportunities in construction, oil & gas, industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Prepare technical submittals, commercial quotations, and tender documentation.
• Coordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, and project teams.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners.
• Follow up on inquiries, proposals, approvals, and project status.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales technical activities.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, international standards, and company procedures.
• Achieve sales targets and support company growth objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in MEP, Fire Fighting Equipment, or Building Materials industry.
• Strong understanding of construction and project-based sales environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop client relationships and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in MEP marketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical, ELV, or Fire Alarm systems.
• Experience in tendering and project coordination.
• Familiarity with consultants, contractors, and MEP project cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and CRM systems is an advantage.
• A valid driving license is preferred.
