Role overview

Transforms CRM, business development, and marketing data into insights that strengthen lead generation, revenue growth, campaign performance, and decisions.

Serves as the business owner and primary administrator of the company CRM system.

Works with Business Development, Marketing, IT, Corporate Training, subsidiaries, and leadership.

Role may be filled in the Houston, Texas; Broomall, Pennsylvania; or Tulsa, Oklahoma company office.

CRM ownership and analytics

  • Leads CRM enhancements, reporting, dashboards, workflows, data integrity, permissions, user access, and usability.
  • Coordinates stakeholder requirements and leads the CRM Technical Steering Team.
  • Maintains data quality, governance, system integrations, and reliable access to CRM and marketing data.
  • Analyzes channel performance and builds KPI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting.
  • Measures campaign ROI, lead quality, funnel performance, attribution, conversion, and customer engagement.
  • Develops HubSpot lead-scoring models and criteria for marketing-qualified and sales-qualified leads.
  • Conducts A/B testing and campaign analyses across email, paid media, web, SEO, and social.
  • Translates complex data into executive insights and recommendations; supports planning, budgets, and business development strategy.
  • Supports strategic account management, user training, CRM adoption, and reporting for internal stakeholders.

Systems and analytics

  • The marketing technology ecosystem includes HubSpot, Google Analytics, advertising, SEO, website activity, email, social media, and campaign tools.
