Senior Marine Projects Specialist

Job Description

• Manage assigned marine projects, including preparing terms of reference, tenders, and project execution until delivery to the client, and implement project administrative procedures in compliance with approved work policies and procedures.
• Review and approve contractors, payment requests, and various invoices. Negotiate and execute proposed change orders and prepare budget revisions resulting from project changes and reviews.
• Prepare annual financial budgets for marine projects, audit related change orders and assess their financial and contractual impact, in addition to preparing annexed contract clauses.
• Perform all assigned tasks and responsibilities in accordance with the approved information security and confidentiality policies within the authority limits granted. Undertake any other tasks related to the nature of work as assigned.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
• Major: Marine Engineering / Civil Engineering
• Experience: 6 to 8 years
