- ****About The Role****
- We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Finance to drive financial performance and cost efficiency across manufacturing operations.
- You will partner with cross-functional teams to analyse costs, support planning cycles, and deliver insights using SAP and Power BI, improving profitability and operational performance through data-driven decisions.
- ****Responsibilities****
- Drive plant-level financial performance and cost control
- Analyse manufacturing costs (materials, labour, overhead)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Monitor key KPIs (OEE, yield, scrap, cycle time)
- Validate SAP costing, routings, and master data
- Partner with stakeholders to optimise performance
- ****Basic Qualifications****
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 8+ years’ experience in finance with manufacturing exposure
- Strong planning, budgeting, and cost control experience
- Proven analytical and data interpretation skills
- ERP experience (preferably SAP)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- ****Preferred Qualifications****
- Professional certification (CA, CPA, CIMA, ACA, MBA)
- SAP costing/production module experience
- Advanced Power BI skills
- Manufacturing or plant finance experience
