- To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Leadership & Team Development: Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor production teams while fostering accountability, engagement, and a high-performance culture.
- Production & Operational Excellence: Experience managing daily manufacturing operations, balancing resources, and consistently achieving safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Problem Solving: Ability to work effectively with partners across operations, quality, engineering, maintenance, and safety functions to identify issues and implement sustainable improvements.
- Training, Communication & Employee Development: Strong capability to set clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, identify skill gaps, and develop effective training plans that support employee growth and operational success.
- Education, Licenses, Certifications: College, university, or equivalent degree required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Intermediate level of supervisory experience required.
