Qualifications

  • YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, welding process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Strong knowledge of welding technologies such as TIG Welding, Electron beam welding, welding automation, etc.
  • Knowledge of industry specifications such as AWS D17.1 and AMS2750.
  • Familiar with GD&T concepts and symbols.
  • Experience with data analysis and statistical process control.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of continuous improvement and project execution.
  • Familiar with NX or similar CAD software.
  • WE VALUE
  • Advanced Engineering degrees like ME (Mechanical Engineering), EE (Electrical Engineering), IE (Industrial Engineer) or Manufacturing Engineer.
  • Experience in driving process improvements and achieving results.

  • The annual base salary range for this position is $118,450 - $175,950. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell Aerospace considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

  • Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
