Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Plastics, Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience as an engineer in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with various manufacturing technologies and materials including (but not limited to) Polymer Processing, Thermoplastic extrusions, Thermoforming, Injection/Compression Molding, Composites Manufacturing, CNC machining, Web Coating, HVLP coating, etc.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and implementation.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and other Continuous Improvement techniques; Lean and/or Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite, ERP/MRP systems, & CAD/CAM software.
  • Ability to create and interpret blueprints with an understanding of GD&T and other industry standards.
  • Regular attendance on company premises is required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOD security clearance. Complete salary range for this role: $85,400 - $146,400
