The Senior Manager, Treasury Solutions supports RBC’s Treasury Solutions Corporate Coverage team.
The role advises corporate clients on cash management, manages onboarding and adoption of digital solutions, and grows revenue across a portfolio of complex clients.
The position requires travel throughout Ontario North and East, including Ottawa, Kingston, Durham, and North Bay.

The Senior Manager, Treasury Solutions supports RBC’s Treasury Solutions Corporate Coverage team.
The role advises corporate clients on cash management, manages onboarding and adoption of digital solutions, and grows revenue across a portfolio of complex clients.
The position requires travel throughout Ontario North and East, including Ottawa, Kingston, Durham, and North Bay.
Responsibilities
- Build client relationships, grow portfolio revenue, support client loyalty, and identify opportunities for additional RBC products.
- Serve as the primary contact during cash management onboarding and coordinate with the relationship team through activation and follow-up.
- Partner with Relationship Managers on client contact strategies and annual relationship reviews.
- Advise clients on emerging business issues and present tailored financial and business insights.
- Execute client sales plans and support acquisition, growth, and digital solution adoption.
- Explain solution benefits and alternatives, support implementation, and refer clients to RBC partners for broader advice needs.
Must-have qualifications
- At least 5 years of related commercial or corporate banking sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of cash management products and emerging industry trends.
- Proven client advice or service, sales, and relationship management experience, including matching client needs to solutions.
- Project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with software applications, including MS Office.
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation or similar qualification.
- Bilingual English/French communication skills.
