Qualifications
- Business Acumen, Ethical Leadership, Prioritization, Risk Management, Self-Awareness, Stakeholder Management, Talent Development
- 08+ years (or equivalent) in pharmaceuticals or healthcare organisation.
- Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or stakeholder-facing roles.
- In-depth understanding of the Global Transparency Solutions is must.
- Proven experience in interpreting and applying global and local transparency regulations (e.g., EFPIA, US Sunshine Act) to reporting systems and processes.
- Strong skills in project planning, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving are essential.
- Hands-on involvement in the end-to-end lifecycle of regulatory report publication, including attestation, certification, and dispute resolution.
- Background in identifying and implementing system enhancements that improve data insights, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
