- Strong background in Tourism, Culture, Strategic Consulting, Transformation, Policy, Hospitality, Urban Planning or Destination Development.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder government programs.
- Fluent English required; Arabic strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel across the GCC.
About the Role
Seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to deliver strategic transformation engagements across the Tourism & Culture sector in the UAE and wider GCC region.
This is a delivery-focused role with regional exposure, reporting to Director / MD level.
Key Responsibilities
- You will lead client-facing advisory projects for government and semi-government entities, focusing on:
- Tourism & Culture strategy development.
- Sector transformation & operating model design.
- Public policy & regulatory advisory.
- Destination development & hospitality ecosystems.
- Program / PMO leadership and project management.
- Revenue optimization and economic impact initiatives.
