Full-time Technology and Implementation position for the Dhwani Alumni Platform, based in Bengaluru.
The role supports development and implementation of a platform to manage and engage Dhwani alumni and supports related CSR and donor stakeholder requirements.
The work centers on business requirements, stakeholder coordination, and technology implementation.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders and map business processes into technology requirements.
- Evaluate SaaS, open-source, and other technology solutions; assess functionality, suitability, scalability, cost, and implementation considerations.
- Coordinate with NGOs, alumni, CSR/donor stakeholders, internal teams, and technology vendors or partners.
- Support platform selection, configuration, implementation, and enhancements.
- Coordinate UAT, testing, issue tracking, and resolution.
- Prepare user documentation and support user training and adoption.
- Track project activities, dependencies, risks, and timelines and provide regular status updates.
- Improve the platform based on user feedback and evolving organizational requirements.
Skills and experience
- At least 8 years in business analysis, technology implementation, project coordination, product operations, or technology consulting.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, UAT, and user training.
- Experience evaluating or implementing SaaS platforms, open-source systems, or other technology solutions.
- Experience working with technology vendors or implementation partners.
- Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills; ability to work independently and drive activities to completion.
- NGO, social sector, CSR, or donor ecosystem experience is an added advantage.
Compensation
- Salary is commensurate with experience.
