Opportunity

Client leadership and growth

• Lead Data & AI consulting engagements across the Saudi market.
• Grow client relationships, revenue, and the sales pipeline.
• Lead account planning, opportunity shaping, proposals, and deal closure.
• Advise senior clients on operating models, use cases, and transformation roadmaps.

Program and practice leadership

• Oversee complex, multi-workstream programs for quality, value realization, and client satisfaction.
• Bring practical knowledge of data platforms, analytics, and AI to client discussions.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams and mentor managers and senior managers.

Experience and qualifications

• 12–15 years of professional experience, predominantly in management or technology consulting.
• 6–10 years of leadership experience in the Middle East; Saudi Arabia experience is preferred.
• Track record of leading and growing Data & AI consulting practices or portfolios and originating and delivering complex engagements.
• Strong client network and senior executive access, business development track record, and commercial acumen in pricing, contracting, and margin management.
• A reputable consulting-firm background; Big Four experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Skills and languages

• Deep business and functional understanding of Data and AI, supported by hands-on consulting experience.
• Strong executive communication, credibility, and ability to bridge strategy, technology, and business outcomes.
• Professional proficiency in English is required; Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
