Senior Manager - Tech Consulting - Data & AI - AI Architect - UAE

EY’s AI & Data team in the UAE is expanding its capability in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI architecture.

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to help design, govern, and deliver production-grade agentic AI systems for leading organizations across the region.

This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who can combine deep technical architecture with consulting presence and business understanding.

As an AI Architect – Agentic AI Systems, you will lead the design of next-generation AI platforms and multi-agent solutions across key sectors including government, smart cities, infrastructure, and large-scale transformation programs.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and cloud specialists to translate complex business needs into enterprise-grade AI architectures.

Design multi-agent architectures including orchestration, planning, routing, and human-in-the-loop workflows.

Architect enterprise RAG solutions including vector databases, search strategies, and knowledge systems.

Define memory architectures for agentic systems including short-term and long-term memory.

Design secure integrations between LLMs, enterprise applications, APIs, and business systems.

Establish AI governance, responsible AI practices, and model risk controls.

Define evaluation frameworks including testing, monitoring, and observability of AI systems.

Support cloud-native GenAI platforms across Azure, AWS, and GCP ecosystems.

Advise clients on LLM selection, architecture decisions, and operating models.

Act as a technical authority in client workshops, RFPs, and executive discussions.

Mentor teams and contribute to building EY AI capability.

8+ years of experience in technology, AI, or solution architecture.

Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, and agentic AI systems.

Knowledge of frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.

Strong understanding of RAG architectures and vector databases.

Experience with cloud, APIs, microservices, containers, and enterprise systems.

Knowledge of AI security, governance, and LLMOps.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Python, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, RAG, vector databases, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Databricks, Snowflake, MLflow.
