Responsibilities
- Champion safety, wellbeing, and inclusive behaviours across project delivery.
- Manage quality, programme, and deliverables from brief through construction.
- Oversee budgets, risks, governance, and sustainable business outcomes.
- Manage teams, stakeholders, and consultants to drive performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee structural engineering design, reviews, coordination, and technical assurance.
- Manage consultants, contractors, and authorities to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.
Requirements
- Degree in structural engineering or a related discipline; a master's degree is preferred.
- Significant structural leadership experience on major commercial or mixed-use developments.
- Strong design, standards, stakeholder, and consultant management capability.
- Chartered Engineer or PMP accreditation is advantageous.
