- As our Senior Manager, Digital Strategy (HR Technology Advisory), you will lead a high-impact advisory function within the People, Communications and Workplaces division.
- You will operate at the intersection of HR and Technology driving alignment, leading a team of five, influencing decision-making, and ensuring our technology investments deliver meaningful outcomes for our people.
- This is not a delivery role it’s a strategic advisory position where your ability to influence, connect, and shape direction will define success along with oversight of governance frameworks, risk management, and alignment with enterprise technology standards.
- You will create a clear, future-focused Technology Roadmap, ensuring our platforms and tools support a high-performing HR workforce and deliver best practice outcomes for employees and the communities we serve.
- You will:
- Set the direction: Lead the development and implementation of a 5-year technology strategy aligned to enterprise priorities and governance frameworks
- Advise & influence: Partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor on technology opportunities and investment decisions
- Connect business and tech: Bridge business needs with independent technology delivery teams across the organisation
- Drive alignment at scale: Manage complex stakeholder relationships across a large, matrixed environment contributing to technology investment planning, budgeting, and vendor engagement.
- Optimise and innovate: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve tools, and enhance the experience for HR practitioners and employees
- Champion value: Ensure technology initiatives deliver measurable outcomes in efficiency, service quality, and user experience

About You
You are experienced in HR technology strategy, digital transformation, or advisory roles, with a focus on delivering measurable business value through technology.
You have a strong consulting mindset with the ability to problem-solve, shape solutions, and influence at senior levels.
You have a deep understanding of HR processes, service delivery, and enterprise HR platforms (e.g.
Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
You have demonstrated success developing and executing multi-year technology strategies, possess exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills and have experience working in large, complex, matrixed environments.
