Role Overview

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-priority cross-functional strategic initiatives from strategy through execution with the COO and Strategic Operations.
• Turn business goals into project plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, and success measures.
• Lead complex programs end-to-end, align workstreams, and manage critical paths.
• Coordinate across customer, product, engineering, finance, legal, partnership, and revenue operations teams.
• Analyze data, reconcile system information, validate numbers, and investigate operational or commercial issues.
• Assess downstream effects of changes to pricing, contracts, data, systems, and processes.
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and bring recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Run governance through stand-ups, check-ins, steering committees, risk and issue tracking, and decision logs.
• Build executive materials covering progress, risks, trade-offs, and required actions.
• Hold stakeholders accountable and ensure launch readiness and handover of new capabilities.

What You Have

• Have 8+ years of experience in strategic projects, project or program delivery, strategy and operations, consulting, or a similar environment.
• Have delivered complex cross-functional initiatives in high-growth technology, B2B SaaS, or comparable businesses.
• Work independently with VP and C-level stakeholders and confidently handle operational and technical detail.
• Bring strong planning, critical-path, dependency, risk-management, and project-governance capability.
• Turn ambiguous problems or brief verbal inputs into structured, executable plans.
• Use data, numbers, and spreadsheets to test plans and investigate issues.
• Understand commercial areas including pricing, contracts, revenue, margin, or billing.
• Influence stakeholders and communicate complex topics as practical, actionable messages.

Bonus Points

• Experience with ecosystem or strategic partnership programs, such as co-branded products, integrated workflows, or joint go-to-market motions.
• Experience in hotel technology, hospitality, travel, consulting, corporate strategy, or global high-growth SaaS environments.
• Formal project management training or certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
