Required Qualifications

  • That Enable Your Success Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. At least seven years of supply chain experience. People-management experience with demonstrated leadership, facilitation, training, relationship-management, conflict-management, and change-leadership skills. Knowledge of material requirements planning and enterprise resource planning systems, inventory control, item master data, demand planning, and supply chain planning and analytics. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong organisational, project-management, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise, adapt to changing needs, and meet commitments. Data-driven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions and geographies. Excellent command of English and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, peers, and cross-functional colleagues worldwide.

Preferred Qualifications

  • That Drive You Forward Master of Business Administration or master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or an equivalent discipline. Experience in demand planning, supply planning, and inventory planning across manufactured and sourced finished goods. Association for Supply Chain Management certification. Knowledge of lean principles and methodologies. Proficiency in another European language.
