Requirements
- Lead one-on-one and group sessions focused on mental skills such as confidence, focus, coping strategies, and pre-competition routines.
- Guide athletes in managing performance anxiety and maintaining composure under pressure.
- Direct psychological profiling and readiness assessments as part of athlete development plans.
