Requirements

  • What Are We Looking For?
  • We’re looking for strategic thinkers with deep payments industry knowledge, strong analytical capabilities, and proven operational leadership experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and has a passion for ecommerce, fintech, sports, and gaming.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in payments, payment operations, fintech, ecommerce, risk management, or related fields, preferably within the iGaming, online payments, or ecommerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing ecosystems including credit cards, ACH, PayPal, digital wallets, and alternative payment methods.
  • Experience managing payment processors, gateways, banking relationships, and third-party vendors.
  • Proven success optimizing payment performance, operational workflows, and payment acceptance strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex operational concepts into actionable business insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of payment compliance requirements, regulatory standards, and card brand rules.
  • Experience handling chargebacks, disputes, payment risk, and operational escalations preferred.
  • Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, AI and data analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly within a fast-paced environment.
