Role Purpose:

• The Senior OD Manager serves as a strategic organizational design advisor to the C-Suite, responsible for assessing, designing, and activating the enterprise operating model and detailed functional architectures that translate Agthia’s transformation ambitions into actionable organizational structures.
• The role ensures every layer of the organization — from enterprise governance to individual role design — is fit-for-purpose, scalable, and aligned to strategic priorities across geographies and business units.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted organizational design partner to C-Suite and senior leaders.
• Translate strategic intent into structural implications and advise on governance, spans, layers, and capability placement.
• Conduct enterprise-wide operating model assessments evaluating structure, governance, decision rights, capabilities, and process maturity.
• Develop future-state operating model blueprints aligned with strategic growth, M&A integration, and market expansion.
• Design detailed functional architectures including reporting lines, role profiles, accountability frameworks, and process maps.
• Engineer end-to-end process flows ensuring clarity from enterprise strategy through to front-line execution.
• Develop and manage implementation roadmaps for structural changes including role transitions, RACI clarification, and system/process alignment.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to activate new structures.
• Stand up transformation governance frameworks including steering committees, stage-gates, and executive dashboards.
• Establish tracking mechanisms for organizational health, efficiency gains, and structural alignment post-implementation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in OD, Business Administration, Management Consulting, or Industrial Engineering; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in organizational design, operating model transformation, or management consulting with a top-tier firm or large enterprise.
• Proven track record designing enterprise operating models, functional architectures, and governance frameworks across multi-geography organizations.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills to translate strategic intent into organizational structures and process designs.
• Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to influence at C-Suite level.
• M&A integration experience is a plus.
