Senior Manager, Oracle Fusion Applications

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on Oracle ERP, EPM, and SCM experience, including significant experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion (Required)
• Demonstrated expertise in the following modules: AP, GL, FA, SCM, PO, PA. (Required)
• 4-6 years OTBI and/or BI Publisher report development experience (Required)
• Experience owning a functional roadmap, including prioritization and stakeholder management. (Required)
• Experience working with outsourced AMS or managed services providers. (Preferred)
• Knowledge of API and file-based system integrations. (Preferred)
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment. (Required)
• Strong understanding of month-end and year-end close processes. (Required)
• Working knowledge of SQL. (Preferred)
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). (Preferred)
• Previous people leadership experience or readiness to lead a growing team. (Preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. (Required)
• Ability to translate technical concepts for Finance, Supply Chain, and business leaders. (Required)
• Proven ownership mindset with the ability to lead without direct support resources. (Required)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. (Required)
