HealthPlus Diabetes & Endocrinology Center is a recognized Center of Excellence in diabetes care.
The center adopts a multidisciplinary approach focused on patient well-being, clinical outcomes, education, and training.
Offering advanced, evidence-based treatments across specialties including Diabetology, Endocrinology, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Podiatry, Psychiatry, Nutrition, and Special Infusion Therapy, it remains at the forefront of medical innovation in diabetes and endocrine care
Reporting to the Director, Clinical Operations / Technical Director, the Senior Manager, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations in the facility including but not limited to managing all employees across the relevant service line/ function, overseeing all technical activities within the department, reviewing internal / external quality control, technical troubleshooting, introduction of new methods / procedures, overseeing equipment maintenance, ordering of supplies, interaction with referring physicians / clients and ensuring that the facility is able to deliver world-class service. The Senior Manager, Operations will also join the commissioning team in developing operational workflows, processes and systems for the organization, in line with the M42 network.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements operational frameworks, guidelines, and SOPs in line with M42 standards.
- Oversees end‑to‑end operations for the assigned service line/function.
- Drives clinical efficiency, service improvement, and technical process enhancements to meet strategic goals.
- Monitors and reports on productivity, performance, and operational outputs.
- Maintains technical competency to support daily team operations.
- Ensures efficient workflow management for smooth medical operations.
- Coordinates with on‑site supervisors on emergency procedures, safety measures, and protective equipment.
- Leads initiatives that advance organizational operations and improve service delivery.
- Prepares periodic operational reports and provides comprehensive feedback.
- Manages and monitors safety and security standards, systems, and communications for staff protection.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical operations practices and methods.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare sector and ability to deliver tailored operational solutions.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
