The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – Events & Conferences to lead and elevate our events offering.
As Senior Manager – Events & Conferences, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all events across the property.
You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring every event reflects the high standards, creativity, and attention to detail that define The Ned Doha.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the Events & Conferences team, driving performance and service excellence
- Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of events, from concept to delivery
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver cohesive event experiences
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and innovative event solutions
- Ensure all events are executed to the highest standards of quality, service, and brand consistency
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting for the department
About You
- Proven experience in a senior events role within luxury hospitality or a similar environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Commercially driven with a strong understanding of revenue and profitability
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences
