Senior Manager / Manager – Proposal, Tendering & Estimation
Key Requirements
✔ 18+ years of overall experience, including at least 8–10 years in senior EPC estimating roles.
✔ Proven expertise in leading multi-disciplinary estimating and proposal activities for EPC and Construction projects.
✔ Strong proficiency in MS Excel and estimating software/tools.
✔ Demonstrated track record of preparing competitive bids and negotiating subcontractor packages.
✔ Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management capabilities.
