- The base salary range is $120,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year. Total on-target compensation includes a base salary plus annual incentives aligned with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and work location.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, Adobe), and customer analytics tools.
