Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline, or with equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of IT‐related experience in enterprise infrastructure environments
• 5+ years of demonstrated people‐leadership experience, including leading technical teams and managing performance, priorities, and development
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, engineering, or operations roles

• Server and cloud infrastructureM365 / collaboration platforms
• Endpoint and device management
• Working knowledge of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change)
• Ability to lead cross‐domain architecture discussions
• Vendor and MSP oversight experience
• Experience operating architecture review processes
• Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks
• Experience in regulated or manufacturing environments
• Travel 10% to 15%
