Senior Manager Internal Audit

🚨 WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR MANAGER – INTERNAL AUDIT & MANAGEMENT CONTROL 🚨

As Whitehall & Company continues to expand across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland and Europe, we are seeking an experienced ACCA-qualified professional to strengthen our management control and quality assurance capabilities.

This is a senior position within the organization and will play a critical role in helping management understand the profitability, efficiency and performance of both our client engagements and our internal operations.

The successful candidate will act as management’s representative within the accounting function, ensuring that quality standards are maintained, financial performance is measured accurately and operational improvements are identified and implemented.

✅ Review the quality of accounting, bookkeeping, VAT and corporate tax work delivered by accounting teams

✅ Evaluate client profitability and engagement profitability

✅ Analyze project performance across service lines and jurisdictions

✅ Monitor employee productivity, utilization and efficiency metrics

✅ Develop and maintain management reporting dashboards and KPIs

✅ Conduct internal audits and operational reviews

✅ Identify inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for improvement

✅ Support the implementation of quality management systems and internal controls

✅ Work directly with senior management on strategic and operational decision-making

✅ Provide independent oversight of accounting operations and service delivery standards

✔ Minimum 7 years of relevant experience

✔ Strong understanding of IFRS

✔ Experience in audit, assurance, financial control, management accounting or business performance management

✔ Professional proficiency of the English language.

Command of German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, French or Polish is a great advantage.

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Ability to challenge processes and drive continuous improvement

✔ Experience within a professional services, consulting, accounting or audit environment is highly desirable
