Role overview

Integration delivery

• Develop and maintain the integration roadmap and execution framework.
• Assess current and target states across business and support functions; define target operating models and transition plans.
• Identify integration opportunities, dependencies, transformation priorities, and digital and straight-through-processing opportunities.
• Review product approval processes, product backlogs and enhancements, pricing, competitor benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze retail products and recommend rationalization and revenue, cost, and operational synergy opportunities.
• Drive consolidation across operations, customer service, contact centre, finance, HR, procurement, compliance, and other support functions.
• Standardize processes, policies, controls, and service delivery models; identify process optimization, automation, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements.
• Support restructuring, workforce alignment, transition planning, and migration to centralized platforms and shared services.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, resolve conflicting priorities, facilitate workshops, and escalate delivery risks and blockers.
• Establish governance forums and prepare executive dashboards, RAID logs, status reports, decision papers, governance packs, and portfolio MIS.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, benefits, and synergies; maintain business continuity, operational readiness, and service stability.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Legal; monitor regulatory alignment, controls, and audit-observation closure.

Experience and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
• At least 12 years of experience, including 6 or more years in banking or financial services and 3 or more years leading large transformation or integration programs.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification such as CSM or SAFe is preferred.
• Merger and acquisition integration or consultancy background is preferred.
• Knowledge of retail and corporate banking products, business transformation, digital banking, RAID management, data analysis, Power BI, Excel, Jira, and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, program management, executive reporting, and stakeholder management.
