Technology and operating context
- Dell Boomi is the integration hub, and Google Cloud is the platform for internally built applications, data, and AI services.
- The roadmap includes phased system integrations, hospital EMR connectivity, an enterprise analytics platform, and AI agents.
- Work is conducted within HIPAA, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, SOC 2, and PCI compliance requirements.
- The role partners with Business Systems, IT Operations & Security, Commercial, Patient Services, Revenue Cycle, Clinical, Quality, and Finance.
Enterprise integration
- Own the Dell Boomi integration architecture and roadmap, including integrations among Salesforce, billing, clinical, ERP, payer, and contact-center systems.
- Design the hospital EMR integration platform and deliver onboarding waves using HL7 v2, FHIR, and interface partners.
- Document production interfaces, including data flows, ownership, PHI classification, error handling, monitoring, and SLAs.
- Establish integration versioning, environments, change control, testing, logging, alerting, and runbooks.
Data platform and analytics
- Deliver a Google Cloud enterprise data platform using BigQuery and a modern transformation and BI layer, starting with revenue-cycle and commercial reporting.
- Govern data classification, access, lineage, retention, quality monitoring, and audit evidence in a regulated healthcare environment.
- Lead master data management for patients, prescribers, accounts, payers, and products, establishing sources of truth and stewardship.
- Partner with Finance, Commercial, Revenue Cycle, and Operations to deliver trusted dashboards; the provided description ends before completing this duty.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and governing enterprise integrations, data platforms, and AI applications.
- Comfort working in Dell Boomi and Google Cloud; the description also highlights working in a Boomi process or Python service.
- Ability to set technical standards and governance in a HIPAA, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, SOC 2, and PCI compliance environment.
- Experience spanning integration architecture, analytics/data platforms, and AI agents or internal applications.
