Senior Manager, Human Resources - Manufacturing

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial relations with a mix of both union and non-union environments
• Experience working in manufacturing plants, frequently walking the plant to gain a better understanding of work processes and procedures
• Proven experience managing contingent workforce programs, including contractors, temporary employees, consultants, and vendor relationships across multiple business functions
• Demonstrates strategic thinking and translates business priorities into people strategies
• Experience managing complex employee relations, federal & state laws, & dispute resolution
• Demonstrates the ability to coach, lead and develop organizations
• Demonstrated success in a dynamic, frequently changing, high growth environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and "Customer Focus" with ability to positively interact with Executives, business managers and vendors
• Good knowledge of compensation planning, modeling and analysis
• Proven business acumen, excellent organizational, planning and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with HRIS systems preferably Workday and Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ plus years of direct relevant experience. Advanced degree strongly preferred
