What This Role Is About
Our client, a large regional conglomerate, is looking for a Senior Manager – HR, based in Dubai, to lead and drive the people agenda across the organisation.
This role will focus on managing core HR operations, driving performance management, employee engagement, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
You will work closely with leadership teams to implement HR strategies, support workforce planning, and strengthen organisational culture.
You will also play a key role in overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, and improving HR processes to support operational efficiency.

- Proven experience in a senior HR role within a large organisation.
- Strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience partnering with business leaders to drive HR strategy and organisational effectiveness.
- Experience managing HR operations within a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Solid understanding of labour laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
